Ceramic White Corundum Cone Grinding Head

Ceramic white corundum uses ceramic binder white corundum abrasive, hardness is higher than brown corundum, slightly lower toughness, good grinding performance, grinding heat is small.  Suitable for grinding hardened steel, high speed steel, high carbon steel and other materials with high strength and high hardness, can also be used for thread, gear and thin wall workpiece processing. 

The hardness of the grinding tool is hard and soft to write when grinding plane, and the hardness of the grinding tool should be soft when grinding end than when grinding circumferential.  Abrasive and workpiece contact area up to, abrasive grain is easy to blunt, grinding heat is easy to increase, the workpiece is easy to burn.  General abrasive hardness between H-K selection. The grinding wheel hardness with coolant is higher than that in dry grinding, and the workpiece is easy to heat in dry grinding. When the grinding wheel hardness is selected, it is 1-2 small grades softer than that with coolant.
