1, the matrix can be aluminum, steel, alloy steel or carbide, and the surface of the matrix should be sandblasted, cleaned and dried. Cleaning can be carried out with acetone, oxalic acid, citric acid or warm water.

2, the cloth is generally a little glue distribution method, template cloth method, laser scanning method, vacuum adsorption method, but need a certain special equipment.

3. High frequency welding can be used for general welding tools, and precision tools should be welded or filled with protective gas in the vacuum furnace. The vacuum furnace pressure is about 10-4pA. The brazing temperature should be more than 50℃ higher than the melting point of the solder. After welding, it should be held at 200℃ and gradually cooled.
